This sharing occurs at your direction when you choose to contact a Client through our inquiry form, and does not constitute a "sale" or "sharing" of personal information under applicable U.S. state privacy laws.

We share information with third-party service providers who perform services on our behalf, including:
- Vercel Inc. (hosting and runtime infrastructure)
- Cloudflare, Inc. (content delivery network and security)
- Google LLC (Google Analytics 4 web analytics)

These service providers are contractually obligated to use your information only as necessary to provide services to us and to maintain appropriate security measures.

If we are unable to verify your identity using the information available to us, we may request additional information from you, or, where verification cannot reasonably be achieved, we may decline to act on the request to the extent permitted by applicable law.
We will respond to verifiable consumer requests within 45 days, with an extension of up to an additional 45 days when reasonably necessary, in accordance with applicable U.S. state privacy laws.
An authorized agent may submit requests on your behalf where permitted by law. We may require verification of the agent's authority and your identity before processing the request.
9.5 Appeals Process for Non-California Residents
If we deny your privacy request, residents of the following U.S. states have the right to appeal our decision: Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Texas, Oregon, Montana, Delaware, New Hampshire, New Jersey, Nebraska, Minnesota, Tennessee, Maryland, Rhode Island, Indiana, and Kentucky.

9.6 California-Specific Provisions
